We depart very early in a private transport, passing through high Andean communities toward the sacred river of their ancestors. Finally, we arrive in Ollantaytambo where we will work with energy points to prepare our spirits and bodies for Machu Picchu the next day. We will spend the evening in Aguas Calientes. The following morning, we receive permission to enter Machu Picchu, then follow our hearts to different energy points. Through this harmonizing of our bodies, we experience the mystical energy of the mountains and receive the first rays of the sun.

A Despacho is a prayer offering or expression of gratitude to heal physical and emotional wounds, as well as restore balance and harmony. This is a beautiful tradition where elements from the Earth are chosen and an offering is built together with love, intent and care.
WATER WORKSHOP +
FLOATING MEDITATION
This is a transformative meditation and group exercise that focuses on sense withdrawal and trusting others. Enter a state of deep breathing as you experience feelings of total surrender and peace while gracefully float in water, cradled by peers and loved ones.
ACTIVE MEDITATION EXPERIENCE
During this soulful experience, we are invited to open our hearts we dive into the art of expressive movement. Everyone is encouraged to be authentic and to move (or not move) their body how they feel most organically pulled.
JOURNALING, MEDITATION + MOVEMENT PRACTICES
Embrace opportunities to explore writing, learn breath work exercises and practice meditation as well as sacred movement. A disciplined, daily practice supports new pathways for change and welcomes a deeper transformations of Self.

WHERE DO WE FLY?
Your destination lies within the Sacred Valley. There are no international flights directly into Cusco or the Sacred Valley. You will need to book a flight to Lima - Jorge Chavez Airport (LIM) as well as flight to Cusco - Velasco Astete Cusco International Airport (CUZ).
WHEN SHOULD WE ARRIVE?
It is recommended to arrive 1-3 days early. I can help find accommodations outside of your retreat experience. These windows of before / after can be a great opportunity to rest, integrate and further explore.
HOW DO WE GET TO MUNAY SONQO?
There will be a shuttle arranged to escort you from the airport in Cusco to the center. It is essential you be on time. Please remember, transportation costs to and from the center are not included in your retreat costs.
