OUR POLICIES

Thank you for understanding our policies and we hope to see you at an event in the future

Cancellation by Host:  

Sometimes, the unexpected meets us and life happens! If we cancel an event, you will have the following options:

  • Full refund within 10 - 14 days

  • Transfer funds to another event, workshop or retreat with Sacred Sojourn

Cancellation By You:  

With the exception of the non-refundable deposit, you are eligible for a refund until 180 days before the event start date. Beyond this point in time, exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, emergencies or personal matters. Refunds or credits are not available to you or any guest who fails to attend, arrives late, or leaves early. No one books with an intention to cancel or postpone, so please consider travel insurance.

  • Our services are not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, advice, or treatment.

  • Each person's body and health condition are unique, and results from our services may vary.

  • We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or improvements in any particular health condition.

  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any relevant health conditions, injuries, or medications prior to receiving our services.

  • If you have any doubts, concerns, or questions about whether our services are suitable for you, we encourage you to consult with a qualified healthcare provider before booking a retreat.

 

Non-Refundable Deposit:  

To complete registration and officially reserve your spot, you must sign a contract acknowledging that you accept these terms and conditions, as well as submit a non-refundable deposit.

Transfers:  

When you are ineligible for a refund and unable to attend, you may gift or sell your spot to another person. Please note —

  • It is your entire responsibility to find an eligible replacement.

  • Any potential transfers must submit an event application and be approved by Sacred Sojourn.

  • Any submitted funds associated with the spot are not transferrable.

For example, Mary and Beth are both friends attending a retreat. They booked 12 months in advanced with Sacred Sojourn, then Beth cancels 3 months before. As Beth is not eligible for a refund, she is also unable to gift or donate her submitted funds towards Mary's trip. 

Payment Plans

At Sacred Sojourn, we offer simple and accommodating payment plans for a 3% surcharge. We do not profit from this as this goes to our payment processing company, Square. When enrolling in a payment plan, we will send you a payment link and a credit or debit card must be submitted on file, which is automatically charged each payment cycle.

  • 1 Day Late:  24hr grace period, with no penalty.
  • 2 — 3 Days Late:  $25 late fee is added to your invoice.

  • > 3 Days Late:  ​​If more than 3 days passes without contact, postponement approval or payment, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. No refunds or credits will be offered.

Financing Options:  

After submitting a registration form, we will send a payment link through Square. When checking out and selecting payment options, you can apply for AfterPay, which will include a 6% surcharge. With 6 and 12 month payment options, we encourage you to choose a plan that works best if you are approved.

 

You MUST personally request this option, otherwise you will be enrolled in our standard payment plan for 3% surcharge.
